Who can I refer?
Any licensed beauty professional in the San Antonio area — hair stylists, barbers, estheticians, nail techs, lash and brow artists, makeup artists, and more. If they'd thrive in their own private suite, refer them.
Do I have to be a Mallorca tenant to refer someone?
No. Anyone can refer — current tenants, past clients, friends, or fellow pros. If your referral leases a suite, you earn the $500 reward.
When do I get paid?
Your $500 is sent once the person you referred signs a lease and their suite term begins. We'll keep you posted along the way.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
None at all. Refer as many beauty professionals as you like — you earn $500 for each one who leases a suite.
What if someone else refers the same person?
The reward goes to the first person to refer them. Submit your referral early — and remember, suites sell out fast.
