Everything but your tools and products. Your suite, all utilities, Wi-Fi, 24/7 secure access, on-site laundry, cleaning of common areas, the client lounge, free parking, and your marketing & directory listing are all covered in one weekly rate.
Is there a long-term lease or contract?
Our agreements are simple and flexible with straightforward weekly rates — no complicated build-outs or multi-year commitments. We'll walk you through the details on your tour so there are no surprises.
Do I keep my own clients and income?
Absolutely. You run your own independent business — set your own hours, prices and services, and keep 100% of what you earn. There are never any commission splits.
What kinds of professionals can lease a suite?
Licensed hairstylists, colorists, barbers, estheticians, lash & brow artists, nail techs, makeup artists, tattoo & PMU artists and more. If you're getting licensed, come tour anyway — we're happy to help you plan ahead.
Can I personalize my suite?
Yes — your suite, your brand. Suites arrive beautifully finished and move-in ready, and you're welcome to style the space to match your business. Many pros add their own décor, retail displays and signage.
